Wedding Speech – Writing Guide

When it comes to write a wedding speech, we are left with the challenge to come up with some speech before the wedding day and at the same time would be good and not put our audiences to sleep! Having said that, you don’t need the capability to write in an entertaining manner but you do need to be able to write orderly and logically. When your wedding speech has some meanings in it, then it comes to the point that you will have the chance to inject some humour or jokes into it.

People will usually go for brainstorming first, the first step to producing your wedding speech. Brainstorming is the most important part in this process because you will then relate the points you have in order to produce the speech you want. Be sure the points are connected nicely and easy to understand sequence.

Coming up with a good speech doesn’t mean you have to spend countless hour on it. The best speech is written earnestly not to mention it is short but pack with meanings. Keep things light, after all you want to lighten the mood not heavy with unwanted emotion.

You will need to freshen up before starting the second stage of finishing up your speech. Forget everything you have written. Continue reading that book or go watch some movies. And then come back to your draft. Once freshen up, you will be more aware of how your speech is written and therefore can determine whether it is good to go or not.

Once again as a recap, write down a reminder or a point you want to deliver, start brainstorming for a list of ideas, sort those ideas accordingly and connect them. There you have it, your very own wedding speech. Good luck!
